The AS1-X Packer is a highly versatile solution suitable for treating, testing, and injection operations in both pumping and flowing wells, whether deep or shallow. Designed to be set in either tension or compression, it adapts easily to varying well conditions and operational requirements. A large internal bypass minimizes swabbing during run-in and retrieval, closing when the packer is set and reopening prior to release to allow pressure equalization. The J-slot design enables simple operation with a quarter-turn right-hand set and release. The standard AS1-X Packer is rated for differential pressures up to 7,000 PSI, with an optional high-temperature version available for applications requiring ratings up to 10,000 PSI, making it well suited for high-pressure treating and long-term production use.
The X-Reset Packer is a single-string, double-grip production packer designed to hold pressure from above or below in demanding well environments. It can be set on tubing in tension or compression, or deployed on wireline using a pressure setting assembly, providing flexible installation options. Once set, the tubing may be landed in tension, compression, or neutral positions to suit operational requirements. A key advantage of the X-Reset design is its ability to be wireline set, then later unset, repositioned, and mechanically reset using the tubing string—eliminating the need to pull and replace the packer. Rated for differential pressures up to 10,000 PSI, the tool features J-slot configurations for flexible setting and release options and can be converted to a bridge plug using a conversion kit, making it a versatile solution for production and intervention applications.
The mechanically set FA-18 tubing retrievable Double Grip production packer offers ease of operation with quarter-turn right to set and release. Converting if for wireline-setting applications is simple with a T-2 Stinger Assembly. The FA-18 is designed to hold pressure from above or below. A wireline plug can be set in the T-2 stinger, and the On/Off Tool allows for tubing removal, and the packer will stay set in the casing. Isolating the production pressure below the FA-18 packer for ease of tubing inspection. Tubing can be run back in the well and the On/Off tool can re-engage the packer. The WL plug can be removed, and the well can be put back into production. The FA-18 Packer is easily released with 1/4 turn to the right and the releasing upper slip allows the packer slips to release in a simple one by one configuration. The packer mandrel and rubber mandrel are rated as 8000psi working pressure.
The AD-1 Tension Packer is an economical solution for wells where limited set-down weight makes traditional packers impractical. Designed to be tension set and retrievable, it provides reliable pressure control from below and is well suited for water flood operations, oil production, and treating applications. Its lightweight construction allows for easy handling and installation, while durable materials are engineered to withstand demanding downhole temperatures and pressures. The AD-1 Tension Packer delivers dependable performance for essential operations in shallow well environments.
The Permapak Sealbore Packer – Dual Bore features a large upper sealbore that allows for a full-bore flow path through the packer, making it well suited for single or multiple zone completions. It can be set on wireline or hydraulically, offering flexibility across a wide range of completion designs. Engineered for high flow rates and environments with elevated pressures, temperatures, and corrosive fluids, the packer is available with multiple elastomer and sealbore material options to match challenging downhole conditions. Suitable for production, injection, stimulation, and testing operations, it can also function as a temporary plug when run with a knock-out or pump-out bottom assembly.
Single Bore is suited for both single and multiple zone completions, offering flexibility across a wide range of completion designs. Engineered for wells with high pressures, elevated temperatures, and corrosive fluids, it is available with multiple elastomer and sealbore material options to match hostile downhole conditions. The packer is recommended for production, injection, stimulation, and testing operations, and can also function as a temporary plug when run with a knock-out or pump-out bottom assembly.
The Optima Permanent Packer is designed for demanding production applications where reliability under high pressure and temperature conditions is critical. Featuring a 340-degree slip contact area to help protect casing integrity and 360-degree anti-extrusion rings to minimize packing element gaps, the packer delivers secure, high-integrity isolation. It can be hydraulically set on tubing at a predetermined shear value and is available with advanced element systems and premium connection options for HPHT and corrosive environments. The modular design allows for easy conversion between configurations by changing top and bottom connections, providing flexibility across completion designs. Constructed with millable cast iron components, the packer is designed for efficient removal using conventional milling and retrieval methods when required.
The Deep-6 Retrievable Seal Bore Packer is specifically designed to withstand the harsh conditions commonly encountered in injection wells. Featuring a large bi-directional slip system and bottom-set element, it provides secure anchoring and dependable sealing while minimizing exposure of critical working components. The packer can be set on wireline or with a hydraulic setting tool, offering operational flexibility across injection applications. Equipped with a thread-latch seal assembly, it allows for efficient tubing removal and reconnection, helping streamline maintenance and reduce downtime during injection well repairs.
The Tubing Anchor Catcher is a proven solution used to anchor and stabilize the production tubing, helping improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime. By limiting tubing movement, it minimizes wear on rods, tubing, casing, and rod pumps, extending equipment life and supporting consistent well performance. Available in common industry sizes, this tool has a long track record of reliability in production applications where stability and durability are critical.
The Slimline Tubing Anchor Catcher features a reduced overall diameter that provides significantly greater flow-by area compared to standard tubing anchors. This streamlined design helps mitigate gas locking and reduce sediment buildup, supporting more efficient fluid movement and improved well performance. By stabilizing the production string while maintaining enhanced flow characteristics, the Slimline Tubing Anchor Catcher is well suited for production environments where space constraints and flow efficiency are critical.
The AS1-X Anchor Catcher is built on the proven AS1-X platform and features a shortened, simplified design without a sealing element, making it an efficient and economical anchoring solution. Designed for treating, testing, injection, pumping, and flowing wells—both deep and shallow—it offers reliable performance across varied applications. The double-slip design allows the anchor to be left in either tension or compression based on well conditions, while the J-slot mechanism enables simple operation with a quarter-turn right-hand set and release. Constructed from durable AS1-X components, the anchor supports quick, cost-effective redress and includes an adjustable straight pickup emergency shear release that allows the tool to reset when repositioned in the well.
The GV Cup Packer provides a cost-effective method for isolating casing leaks and depleted zones while serving as a reliable production or injection packer in low-pressure environments.
